JOB 1 | Concrete Leak Repair
This customer had an issue with ground water entering the building at the floor joint below the window and door. The leak also caused the concrete ramp in front of the door to separate from the floor and become loose. Huinink Ventures personnel, injected and sealed the floor joint with polyurethane injection resin and crystalline cement and also replaced the existing loose walking ramp with a new one that was resessed into and anchored to the concrete floor slab for extra strength.

JOB 2 | Concrete Replacement
A section of walkway in front of this townhouse residence required removal and replacement after being lifted by tree roots on an awkward angle that created a tripping hazard.

JOB 3 | Concrete Spall Repair
Several areas in this parking garage were exeriencing concrete flaking and spalling that was beginning to fall on vehicles, these areas were cut out and repaired by Huinink Ventures Ltd.
